Young Professionals Brown Bag Lunch: The Challenge of Effective Leadership

Leadership and business development expert Russ Miller is the next featured speaker in AmCham's Young Professionals group lunch speaker series.

Russ is a seasoned professional, who retired from corporate life in 2001, after 30 years working in the finance/insurance industry and is now Chairman & CEO of Performance Institute, a leadership and business development consulting company. He is currently an adviser/mentor to several top Chinese and foreign business leaders, including serving on the board of directors and of large private and public Chinese companies. During this lunch-time presentation and discussion, Russ will highlight what he sees as the challenges facing business leaders in China.  Read his bio.

The goal of the informal lectures is to bring together like-minded young members to meet, network and gain insight from some of the top professionals in Beijing. This event is quite informal and Russ is happy to take questions from attendees.

Lunch will not be served, but there are several delivery options near the AmCham-China office for those unable to bring their own.
