| 5. Individual Associate Membership |
|
|
U.S. citizen of good standing resident in China |

Employed by or works on behalf of a charitable, educational, cultural or other similar organization, the activities of which are consistent with the objectives of the Chamber, |

An official (or the spouse of an official) of the United States government, |
|
An intern or research associate, or |
|
Enrolled as a student, provided that such individual is at least eighteen (18) years of age. |

Memberships marked by ¡°*¡± include voting rights and eligibility to serve on the AmCham-China Board of Governors. |

Membership becomes effective only upon receipt of membership dues and is valid for one year (12 calendar months) |
