How to Apply

AmCham-Cham Application Forms

Download and save the application by clicking on the link below.  Using your keyboard, fill in the fields on both pages and e-mail your completed application along with the required documents to
membership@amcham-china.org.cn. You may also fax them to our office at (8610) 8519-1910 or bring them by in person. Click here for the address and a map.

Note: To enroll additional members, please fill in the relevant information on the application form and include it with the rest of the application documents.

Business Classifications  (for use in the Membership Directory)

Payment  - Following receipt of your application form and all necessary documents, AmCham-China will issue a letter of confirmation and payment instructions.

Approval -  Upon confirmation of payment, your application will be submitted for approval. The average approval time is within three working days after receipt of payment. Once your application has been approved, a welcome message with your AmCham-China website user name and password will be e-mailed to you.

Package Delivery -  A new member package and membership card will be sent to you within one week.
