Kippy works directly with the Chinese government on issues of importance to the AmCham-China membership. He also interfaces with the chamber's Chinese Government Affairs Committee.

Matt is responsible for the chamber's image and oversees the organization's communications activities, including media relations, public affairs, advertising and sponsorships as well as the organization's web presence and online and print publications.

Fannie Chen 
Policy Analyst 
Fannie tracks and monitors regulatory and legislative changes across a wide variety of industries and sectors, while promoting and executing programs, events, and policy positions relating to U.S. trade and investment in China. She also works closely with the Export Compliance Working Group, Public Policy Development Committee, and on the White Paper.

Bill Hart
Senior Washington, DC Policy Liaison 
Jointly hired with the Washington-based US Chamber of Commerce, Bill coordinates the chambers' government affairs policy and advocacy strategies in a number of fields including Financial Services/Capital Markets Reform, Intellectual Property Protection, and Industrial Policies. In addition, Bill spearheads and manages joint-chamber official responses to new CCP and US laws and regulations.
