General Terms and Conditions
Airline Tickets:
Tickets are confirmed reservations and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Tickets are not refundable, have no cash value and cannot be resold for cash.
Tickets are non-transferable, non-re-routable, and non-endorsable.
Tickets do not include tax or applicable charges.
Frequent flyer miles, promotional offers or other discounts do not apply.
Black-out dates may apply.
Tickets are only valid on the Sponsor Airline and only between the point and points specified.
Travel must be completed by the specified deadline.
Hotels:
Reservations and required and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Accommodations are non-transferable, not refundable, have no cash value and cannot be resold for cash.
Tax, applicable charges and all other charges (other meals, drinks, telephone calls, etc.) are not included.
Black-out dates may apply.
Reward mileage or points are not applicable.
Accommodations may be redeemed up to the specified deadline.
